- Key changes in advanced cardiovascular life support, reflecting the latest 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care
• Basic life support skills, including effective chest compressions, use of a bag-mask device and use of an (AED)
• Recognition and early management of respiratory and cardiac arrest
• Recognition and early management of peri-arrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia
• Airway management
• Related pharmacology
• Management of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and stroke
• Effective communication as a member and leader of a resuscitation team
• Effective Resuscitation Team Dynamics
Course Length: –
16 hours (over 2 days)
Student Material:
- ACLS Provider Manual, Required or ACLS Text, Reference
- AHA Card – On course completion valid globally.
- Written / Skills Exam – Required for completion card.
Eligibility:
The person has to have completed BLS Certificate.
Batch Timings:
Its a 3 days course , run on weekends. Classes are from 9 to 5 on two days followed by Exam on 3rd day

Next ACLS Batch is in Oct or Nov 2020
